To guarantee security, our wallet cards are created by an entirely automated "blind" process. We employ a proprietary software developed by cold storage inc. which we use in combination with id works card printing software. I simply click "Begin Batch" and the card is created, scratch off applied, and then it dispenses from the printing unit.

When the card is made the information is not saved, The keys are generated with a computer with no internet access, If the card is lost there will be no way for us to help you recover the information so please keep that in mind when you store the the cards. Treat it the same as you would your debit or credit card.
